Shazia Karim

Shazia Karim is currently serving as the Assistant Manager Hr & Admin at West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited since March 2019. Prior to this role, Shazia was the Human Resources Manager at Syscom Softech (P) Ltd from March 2016 to February 2019. With experience as a Key Relationship Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited from January 2015 to November 2015, Shazia has a background in managing human resources and fostering key relationships. Shazia holds a Ph.D in Organisational Behaviour from GD Goenka University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource from KIIT School of Management (KSOM).
