Ricardo Ramirez has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Ricardo is currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at West Boca Medical Center since 2020. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Tenet Healthcare, including Chief Nursing Officer at West Boca Medical Center, ACNO at St. Mary's Medical Center & Palm Beach Children's Hospital, Assistant Chief Nursing Officer at Coral Gables Hospital, and Administrative Director of ICU, SSU, Endoscopy & Dialysis at Coral Gables Hospital. Before joining Tenet Healthcare, Ramirez worked at Baptist Health South Florida as a Clinical Business Technology Consultant and Patient Care Supervisor ICU & PCU at Doctors Hospital. Ricardo Ramirez obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of North Florida from 2002 to 2005. Prior to their bachelor's degree, they attended Florida International University from 2000 to 2002. Ricardo completed their secondary education at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School from 1996 to 2000.
