Megan Baird

Megan Baird has a diverse work experience in the creative field. Megan started their career at J.Crew as a Sales Associate in 2012. Megan then worked at Virginia Living from 2013 to 2015, first as a Graphic Design Intern and later as an Assistant Art Director. During this time, they developed skills in layout design, photo editing, and art direction. Megan then joined Hanley Wood as a Senior Graphic Designer in 2015, where they were responsible for leading the design for multiple magazine titles and creating a consistent brand across print and web platforms. Most recently, they have been working at West Cary Group since 2019, starting as an Art Director and progressing to Senior Art Director and Associate Creative Director.

Megan Baird pursued their education from 2008 to 2013, attending Virginia Commonwealth University. During their time at the university, they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree with a focus on Communication Arts. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Product Innovation from VCU da Vinci Center.
