Amanda Phillips

Amanda Phillips has extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as the Associate Dean of Graduate Academic Affairs at West Chester University of Pennsylvania since July 2013. Previously, Amanda held various roles at institutions including the University of West Florida as an Instructor and Southern Illinois University as both a Dissertation Research Assistant and Instructor. Earlier career highlights include positions at Western Kentucky University, where Amanda coordinated student development programs and served as Assistant Director of Leadership & Volunteerism. Amanda holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education from Southern Illinois University, as well as a B.A. in Corporate & Organizational Communication and an M.A. in Education from Western Kentucky University.
