Ashley Rowe

Ashley Rowe, Ed.D., serves as the Director of Professional Education, Certification, and Compliance at West Chester University of Pennsylvania since August 2012, overseeing compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Education regulations and facilitating collaboration across various academic units. Prior experience includes roles in career development at West Chester University and Chestnut Hill College, where extensive outreach programming and career counseling were provided to a large student body. Ashley has also held leadership positions at Franklin and Marshall College, developed events for alumni and prospective students, and has experience in academic advising and specialized programming during a practicum at the University of Connecticut. Ashley holds a Doctor of Education degree in Policy, Planning, and Administration from West Chester University and also possesses a Master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor's degree in International Environmental Policy from Franklin & Marshall College.
