Jeff Tilson

Jeff Tilson, Ed.D., currently serves as the Assistant Director for Housing Occupancy and Assignments at West Chester University of Pennsylvania since July 2023. Previously, Jeff held the role of Assistant Director of Residential Education for Residential Operations & Safety at The George Washington University from June 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included leadership in policy development and management of professional Community Coordinators. At Barton College, Jeff served as Assistant Dean for Campus Life & Residential Services and Director of Housing & Residence Life, overseeing various aspects of campus life and managing residential programs. Jeff's earlier experiences include positions as Residence Hall Director at Ball State University and Graduate Hall Director at Rutgers University, alongside roles at Montclair State University and York College of Pennsylvania. Jeff earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and holds a Master's in College Student Affairs from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's in Public Relations from York College of Pennsylvania.
