Kelsey Organ

Kelsey Organ serves as the Associate Director at the Office of Candidate Services at West Chester University of Pennsylvania since August 2014, overseeing candidate services operations and fostering relationships among students, faculty, and program directors. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing clearance processes, coordinating student success initiatives, and participating in recruitment events. Previous roles include Professional Testing Center Lead, where compliance with regulatory standards was ensured, and Interim Assessment Software Administrator, managing IT system migration and training for over 1,000 users. Kelsey also has experience in therapeutic settings, including internships at Central Montgomery Behavioral Health and the Kennedy Krieger Institute, and holds advanced degrees in Human Resource Management and Clinical Psychology from West Chester University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Stevenson University.
