Assistant Professor Of Nutrition, Coordinator Sustainable Food Systems Management Track at West Chester University

Kimberly Johnson is an experienced academic and clinical dietitian with a focus on nutrition across various contexts. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Nutrition and Coordinator of the Sustainable Food Systems Management Track at West Chester University of Pennsylvania since 2015, Johnson teaches courses on topics such as community nutrition, global nutrition, and nutrition ethics. Additionally, Johnson has contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member for the SUNY Empire Center for Distance Learning since 2010, specializing in quantitative research methods in social sciences.
