Victoria Burton

Victoria Burton is a dedicated professional in community health and athletics, currently serving as the Director of Community Health Programs at the YMCA of Delaware since December 2019. With extensive experience in program management, Victoria oversees multiple health initiatives and youth sports programs, ensuring effective scheduling, coach assignments, and participant engagement while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Additionally, Victoria assumes coaching responsibilities at West Chester University and has previously contributed to athletic programs at Wilmington University and A.I. du Pont High School. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Behavior Science and is pursuing a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at the University of Delaware.
