Sachin Kaushal has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Sachin started their career as an Engineer at Compaq in 2003 and worked there until 2005. Following that, they joined West Coast Consulting in 2005 and held the position of Vice President of Business Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Management. During their time at West Coast Consulting, Sachin demonstrated expertise in future strategy, business development, marketing, HR, sales, leadership, and management. Sachin was a top performer and generated significant revenue for the company. Additionally, they successfully managed leadership responsibilities, completed SOWs, engaged in international consulting, presentations, marketing, sales, internal hiring, and built offshore projects independently.

In 2018, Sachin became a Founding Member of both the London Blockchain Foundation (LBCF) and OXBC - Oxford Blockchain Foundation. These not-for-profit organizations aimed to create trusted platforms for professionals in blockchain-related industries and promote the value of blockchain across different aspects of life and business. Sachin actively advocated for diversity, cooperation, and critical thinking applied to blockchain.

Currently, Sachin is working on a highly innovative idea as the Founder of a Stealth Startup. Sachin is developing a SAAS-based product that has the potential to revolutionize the consulting, IT services, and staffing industries. Sachin Kaushal has a diverse education history. Sachin began their academic journey at Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET), where they earned a BTECH degree in Information Technology from 1999 to 2003. Afterward, Sachin pursued further education at UC Irvine, completing a degree in Business Administration from 2012 to 2015.

In 2015, Sachin enrolled at MIT Sloan School of Management, where they obtained several certifications, including "Creating High Velocity Organizations," "Marketing Innovation," "Negotiation for Executives," and "Strategy in a Global World." Sachin also pursued a degree in Leadership and Management with a focus on Business and Marketing from 2015 to 2016.

Continuing their educational pursuits, Sachin attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2018. Sachin participated in the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme, gaining expertise in the field of Blockchain.

Apart from their formal education, Sachin also obtained a certification as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) from Cisco in September 2007.
