Kate Heath

Kate Heath is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel for the West Coast Eagles since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kate held various positions at Essendon Football Club, including Head of Strategic Operations and Legal Counsel, from March 2019 to March 2023. Significant prior experience includes serving as Vice Chair of BeConnected Community Services Inc. and working as a Solicitor at Elite Legal and P.S. Legal, among other legal positions. Kate's educational background includes two Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degrees from The University of Western Australia and the University of Wollongong, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia, and a Certificate in Governance and Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia.
