Leigh Jeffery has extensive experience in membership engagement and consumer strategy, currently serving as Head of Engagement & Environment at West Coast Eagles since November 2010. In this role, Leigh manages a team within the Membership Services Centre, consistently achieving high customer satisfaction scores and overseeing a membership database of over 57,000 members. Previously, Leigh held various roles at West Coast Eagles, including Manager of Consumer Strategy and Membership Manager, where responsibilities included managing annual renewal programs and developing direct marketing initiatives. Prior experience includes recruitment consulting at Julia Ross and employment assistance at PVS Workfind. Leigh holds a Diploma of Leadership and Management from the Australian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Cultural Studies from Curtin University.

West Coast Eagles

The West Coast Eagles Football Club formed in August, 1986, playing its first official match for premiership points against Richmond in 1987. Our women's side played its first game for AFLW premiership points in February 2020 against Collingwood. Since then, the club has enjoyed significant success , winning premierships in 1992, 1994, 2006 and 2018. Based at Mineral Resources Park in Lathlain, West Coast boasts a proud tradition of success on and off the field which can be attributed to its many loyal members and corporate partners.
