Gayle Ballinger, CPDT-KSA, is an experienced professional in dog training and business management with a career spanning several decades. Since 1997, Gayle has owned and operated Pawsitive Steps Dog Training, LLC, specializing in positive reinforcement techniques to promote harmonious living between dogs and their owners in the greater Seattle area. In addition, Gayle holds roles in sales and finance at Seattle Water Sports and has extensive experience in event management with West Coast Entertainment. Other positions include client relationship consulting at Banner Bank, sales at Quality Sewing and Vacuum, and business management roles at Sport Boat Northwest and Lake Union Sea Ray. Gayle's education includes certification from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers and training through institutions like the Karen Pryor Academy and Dunbar Academy.
