Ron A Chaquica

Ron A Chaquica serves as the Director of Acquisitions at KW Commercial since January 2014, where the Fine Properties International team focuses on Hospitality, Multi-Family, Land Development, and Sales and Marketing in the global commercial market. Since January 2012, Ron has also been the President and Broker of Fine Hotels International, a global real estate operation specializing in managing and acquiring real estate assets. In addition, Ron has held the position of Branch Manager at West Coast Mortgage Group since January 2020, overseeing the new branch in San Diego for a company that operates across 15 states. Previously, Ron was a Broker Associate at Berkshire Hathaway from November 2008 to December 2012, where Chaquica & Associates specialized in Commercial & Residential properties. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Real Estate from California State University-Sacramento, completed between 1996 and 1998.
