Randy J. George has a diverse work experience in sales, business development, and account management. Randy J. currently works as a Sales Director and is responsible for business development and account management at ValGenesis, Inc, a company that provides paperless validation software solutions. Randy also has experience as the President of the SoCal PDA Chapter at PDA, where they facilitated the exchange of scientific, technological, and regulatory information in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Director and Business Development Area Director at Rescop, Inc. where they offered IT services, quality management software, and consultancy services to ensure GxP compliance in the pharmaceutical industry. Randy also ran their own company called RJG Sales & Business Development Strategies, where they provided business development, marketing, and sales strategies to clients, including PAMMCO, Inc. and Rescop, Inc. Additionally, Randy has held sales and business development roles at Gima Advanced Technology, Inc., a packaging equipment manufacturer, and TechnoTrans America, a technology manufacturer specializing in electro-plating equipment. In these positions, they achieved significant sales and developed partnerships with key clients and suppliers.

Randy J. George has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Justice with minors in Sociology, Psychology, and Social Work from the State University of New York at Oswego. Randy J. has also received training in Sales & Selling Techniques & Strategies from Sandler and Sales & Negotiation Skills for Sales Managers from UC Irvine. Randy has completed Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing Training from the Rosenblatt-Klauber Group and completed the Management Development Program at UCLA. Randy J. has a Total Quality Management (TQM) degree in Total Quality Management Procedures and Systems from the 3M Total Quality Management and High Performance Work Teams program. In addition, Randy has completed the Los Angeles Police Academy and obtained a degree as a Police Officer, specializing in Law Enforcement. Furthermore, they attended the Computerized Systems Validation & Software Assurance Week as an attendee at Informa and received certification in April 2021.
