Gerry Johnston

Gerry Johnston started their career as a Plumber at Shifflett Plumbing & Heating in 1981. Gerry then moved to Bunge in 1985, where they held various positions such as Process Operator, Supervisor, and later became the Utilities and Maintenance Supervisor and Chief Engineer/Supervisor. Their tenure at Bunge lasted until 2018. In the same year, they joined West Coast Reduction Ltd. as the Chief Engineer.

Gerry Johnston attended the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) and pursued a field of study in Plumbing and Gasfitting. Gerry completed their education at NAIT in 1985. Later, in 1991, Gerry enrolled in a Correspondence program and obtained a 3rd Class Power Engineer degree. Further details regarding the start years for both programs were not provided.
