We provide fully integrated Wound Care and Dermatology care for our patients. We have found, with this method, we are able to prevent most wound and skin related hospital admissions. We also provide Wound Care and Dermatology training for our medical staff and our client’s facility staff to help prevent wounds from occurring and from further progression. West Coast Wound and Skin Care is committed to providing high-quality care to the individuals we serve. We value the whole patient’s health, not just the wound. To achieve this goal, we have excellent standards for communication with the agencies we work with, are available and responsive to meet the treatment needs of our patients, and prioritize training and preventative education for the medical team. Above all, we are constantly improving our services to run most effectively, compassionately and professionally.
