Alan Shearer is a highly experienced music teacher who has been teaching at the West Contra Costa Unified School District since October 1991. Prior to that, Alan taught music in San Rafael, CA and currently teaches at the Dominican University. Alan also serves as the East Bay Center for the Performing Arts in Richmond, CA since 2005. Alan holds a Master's degree in Music Performance from Stony Brook University.
