Mister Phillips

Mister Phillips is currently a Trustee at the West Contra Costa Unified School District. Mister previously worked as an attorney at the Law Offices of Mister Phillips and as a lieutenant in the US Navy Reserve. Mister also served as an Esther Peterson Fellow at Consumers Union.

Mister Phillips has dedicated their life to public service.
