Summerlynn Sigler

Summerlynn Sigler is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in K12 operations and secondary education. Currently serving as Associate Superintendent for K12 Operations at West Contra Costa Unified School District since September 2021, Summerlynn also holds the position of Executive Director of Secondary Schools. At Richmond High School, where Summerlynn has been Assistant Principal since August 2012, responsibilities include observing and supporting teachers, managing the School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA), and coordinating professional development. Other notable roles include Assistant Principal at Crespi Middle/High Summer School and Instructional Coach at Richmond High School, where leadership in professional development and curriculum mapping were key focuses. Summerlynn’s educational credentials include a School Business Certificate from the University of Southern California and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Washington and the Principal Leadership Institute at the University of California Berkeley.
