Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at West Contra Costa Unified School District is responsible for strategic decision-making and oversight of educational programs to enhance student achievement and ensure a positive learning environment. Comprised of key school leaders, including principals and program officials, the team collaborates to implement policies, oversee curriculum development, and support both staff and students across the district’s various schools.
