Justin Lovell

Justin Lovell has a strong background in financial and administrative roles, with experience in budget oversight and management. From their time as a Financial Services Manager at the City of South San Francisco to their current role as Director of Administrative Services at West County Wastewater District, Justin has demonstrated expertise in managing budgets, special projects, and human resources. Additionally, Justin has experience in environmental education and coaching at-risk youth through their work with the Peace Corps and BAYAC AmeriCorps. Justin holds a Master's degree in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The New School and a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Administration from San Diego State University.
