Dau Jok, Ph.D. is currently the Executive Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at West Des Moines Community Schools. Prior to this role, Jok served in various positions in the United States Army Reserve, including Battalion Plans Officer, Company Commander, Aide-de-Camp, and Platoon Leader. Jok is also the Founder of the Dut Jok Youth Foundation, a non-profit organization that focuses on empowering youth through sports and education. With a background in education and non-profit management, Jok has also worked as a Social and Emotional Learning Coordinator, OST Enrichment Coach, and Special Projects Specialist in various organizations.
