Victoria Rogers

Victoria Rogers has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Chief Officer at West Dunbartonshire Council since January 2013. In this role, Victoria oversees all People functions, corporate administration, and technology, while also leading resilience matters. Prior to this position, Victoria held the role of Strategic Lead for People and Technology, ensuring the delivery of strategic HR, health and safety, and ICT services. As Head of People and Transformation, Victoria was responsible for driving transformational projects within the organization. Earlier in Victoria's career, experience includes serving as Corporate Personnel Officer at South Lanarkshire Council, where responsibilities included HR strategy development, and as Technical Training Officer at the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, focusing on training delivery related to environmental statutory duties.
