Chris Shell

Chris Shell has a diverse background in banking and operations, currently serving as an Operations Specialist at West Gate Bank since May 2018, with previous roles as Assistant Branch Manager, Universal Banker, and Bank Teller. Responsibilities include processing over 40 customer transactions daily, assisting with audits, and managing cash drawers. In addition to banking experience, Chris has worked as an Office Assistant at Old Mattress Factory Bar & Grill since June 2013, where tasks included payroll management for large events and inventory tracking. Prior experience at McDonald's as a Crew Trainer involved training new employees and ensuring seamless operations. Chris graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting in 2019.
