Kay Bartek

Kay Bartek has extensive experience in the banking and retail sectors, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Lincoln Retail Market Manager at West Gate Bank since April 2017, after holding the position of Vice President and Branch Manager. Prior to this, Kay worked at Cabela's for nearly two decades, where responsibilities included leading new hire training as Learning and Development Senior Manager, managing customer service operations as Senior Customer Service Manager, and overseeing product control implementations as Operations Manager. Earlier career experience includes roles as Operations Specialist and ACH Supervisor at the National Bank of Commerce. Kay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned between 1986 and 1990.
