George Stannard

George Stannard currently serves as Player Care Manager for West Ham United FC, a position held since February 2021, focusing on first-team player support. Prior to this role, George worked as a Player Care Officer at the Football Foundation from February 2019 to November 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing grassroots football grant initiatives in collaboration with the Premier League, The FA, and the Government/Sport England. Additionally, George gained experience as a Global Football Intern at Wasserman in 2019. George holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Exercise Science from the University of Mobile, earned through a soccer scholarship.
