Renaé Dawes has extensive work experience in the sports therapy field. Renaé currently holds the position of Academy Girls Head of Medical and Women's 1st Team Sports Therapist at West Ham United FC since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of RD Sports Therapist starting from May 2019. Dawes also has experience working as a Lifeguard at Virgin Active from February 2017 to July 2021. Renaé has also worked as a Sports Therapist at Vitae Spinal Clinic from June 2019 to June 2020.
Renaé Dawes has a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Kent, which they obtained from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, they attended Great Baddow High School where they earned an A Level in Media Studies and a BTEC in Sport. In addition to their formal education, Renaé has also obtained certifications in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation - Clinical Course A and B from the Prague School of Rehabilitation. Renaé completed the Clinical Course A in December 2021 and the Clinical Course B in March 2022.
