Tim Lash, MBA

Tim Lash, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Tim began their career at Easton Associates as an Engagement Manager from 2000 to 2007. Lash then joined Cordis as Director of New Business Development from 2007 to 2011. Tim moved to Johnson & Johnson, where they served as Director of Worldwide Business Development & Strategy at Ethicon Endo-Surgery and later as Senior Director of Strategic Marketing for New Growth Platforms from 2011 to 2013. Following their time at Johnson & Johnson, Lash joined West Health as Vice President of Business Development from 2013 to 2015 and later served as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Successful Aging from 2015 to 2016. Lash also served as Chief Strategy Officer at West Health from 2016 to 2022, where they oversaw the organization's successful aging portfolio. Additionally, Lash served as President of the West Health Policy Center from 2016 onwards, responsible for advancing policy and payment reform to support successful aging. Since 2017, they have been the CEO of Gary and Mary West PACE.

Tim Lash, MBA, completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Finance, General from NYU Stern School of Business. Prior to their MBA, Tim Lash pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Union College.
