Kelcee Knoepfle

Kelcee Knoepfle, CPA, currently serves as Finance Manager and previously held the role of Accounting Supervisor at Western EcoSystems Technology since June 2021. Prior experience includes positions as NETA Certified Personal Trainer at the National Exercise Trainers Association, and Deputy City Treasurer for the City of Cheyenne, Wyoming. From July 2015 to July 2017, Kelcee was the Finance Director for the City of Watford City, and also worked as an Accounting Analyst at Basin Electric Power Cooperative, where responsibilities included RUS reporting and invoice preparation. Earlier experience includes serving as Financial Services Accountant, where responsibilities involved data compilation for long-range forecasts and annual budget preparation, as well as Audit Associate and Intern at Eide Bailly LLP, focusing on audit testing and client relationship development. Kelcee completed a Bachelor of Accountancy in Accounting from the University of North Dakota in 2011.
