Ray Brand is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at Western EcoSystems Technology, Inc. since July 2022, Ray has dedicated nearly three decades to various roles within the State of Wyoming's Department of Enterprise Technology Services, including Enterprise Architect and Information Technology Operations Manager. Ray began a career in information technology as a Management Information System Technician and evolved through multiple positions within the State of Wyoming Department of Health. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wyoming.
