Maria Organ is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the housing and public sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Finance at West Kent Housing Association since March 2022, Maria has held significant roles including Deputy Director of Finance at Raven Housing Trust and Head of Finance at Croydon Council. Maria's expertise encompasses financial accounts, management accounts, corporate policies, grant management, and audit leadership. An early career in the NHS includes roles as Finance Manager at ABMU Health Board and participation in a graduate training program. Maria holds a degree in Combined Social Sciences from Durham University and an International Baccalaureate from United World College of the Atlantic.
