Angel Luo is currently the Manager of Marketing and Branding for the Hong Kong Palace Museum at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. With specialized experience in Mainland China marketing, Angel has also held various positions at HKSAR Government, Long Ye (Cosplay Artist Collective), and SUTTON. Angel holds a Master's Degree in Communication from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Bachelor's Degree in English (Media and Cultural Studies) from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
