Carmen Lee

Carmen Lee has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Carmen currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. Prior to this, they served as the Acting Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Finance at the same organization.

Before joining the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, Carmen held various roles at Bouygues Construction.
