Iris Shum

Iris Shum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and business development within the cultural sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Development at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since February 2021, Iris has been instrumental in managing one of the largest cultural districts worldwide. Prior roles at K11 Concepts Limited involved escalating responsibilities in marketing and operations, culminating in a Senior Manager position, while earlier career experiences at New World Development Company Limited and Hong Kong Jockey Club focused on sales, marketing, and customer relations. Iris holds a Master's degree in Cultural Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Bachelor's degree in European Studies and Journalism from The University of Hong Kong, and is currently pursuing a Global Executive Leadership Programme in Arts and Cultural Industries at the University of Leeds.
