Tom McGowan

Tom McGowan is a Strategic Planning Manager at West Lancashire Borough Council. Prior to this role, Tom held various planning positions at Blaby District Council, with a focus on planning policy and implementation. Tom also gained experience as a Planning Policy Intern at both Kirkwells Ltd and Burnley Borough Council. Tom has a Master's degree in Environmental and Spatial Planning from Birmingham City University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Newcastle University.
