Sarah West - MBA has a diverse work experience history, starting as an NCAA DII College Recruit Coordinator and Assistant Swim Coach at Wheeling Jesuit University. Sarah then transitioned to roles at West Virginia Business College, Kroger, and Williams Lea Tag, where they held positions such as Store Manager, Financial Aid Administrative Assistant, National Recruiter, and Project Manager. Currently, Sarah serves as the Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness at West Liberty University, where they have held multiple roles since joining in 2017.

Sarah West earned their Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Wheeling University in 2009. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the same institution from 2010 to 2013. In 2021, they completed the Faculty Success - Faculty Accomplishments Onboarding Course at Watermark.
