James Lay

James Lay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at West Marine since 2009, James has previously held significant roles including Mentor at The Leaders of Tomorrow Initiative Inc. in 2011, and Senior Financial Analyst at both DC Shoes from 2007 to 2008 and Affymetrix from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, James worked as a Consultant for ParAllele Biosciences from 2004 to 2005. James holds an MBA in Finance from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and is an alumnus of Dartmouth College.
