Jeff Wilmot

Jeff Wilmot is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in managing various retail and service-oriented businesses. Currently serving as the Marine Center Manager at West Marine Everett since July 2022, Wilmot previously held significant roles such as General Manager at Krispy Kreme and Vice President of Operations at both Moneytree and Third Dimension Salon. At Moneytree, Wilmot oversaw operations for 121 branches and 19 District Managers, while at Jack in the Box, responsibilities included managing a $160MM budget and a team of over 3200 members across 102 restaurants. Wilmot holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Washington State University, awarded in 1984.
