Mike Hoye

Mike Hoye has extensive experience in retail management, starting as a Department Sales Manager at Circuit City in 1995 and progressing to roles such as Director of Sales Development. Mike then worked at Advance Auto Parts, holding positions like Director of Sales & Store Operations and Regional Vice President. Mike further enhanced their expertise as a Lead Consultant at Hoye Business Consulting before assuming the role of Vice President of Store Operations at West Marine in 2023.

From 1992 to 1997, Mike Hoye studied Biology at the University of Minnesota.
