West Michigan Whitecaps
Amanda Stephan is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Hospitality Manager for the West Michigan Whitecaps since January 2010. In this role, Amanda oversees private rental areas and luxury suites, collaborating with clients to create tailored experiences and managing catering orders, menu development, and a POS system. With a background in catering and events management, Amanda previously coordinated group hospitality events and conducted training for Guest Services. Earlier career roles include coordinating ticket operations and sales for group events, as well as generating sales through cold calling as a Ticket Sales Intern. Amanda began career development at John Ball Zoo as a Guest Program Facilitator, managing guest programs and events. A graduate of Grand Valley State University, Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
West Michigan Whitecaps
The West Michigan Whitecaps are a professional minor league baseball team. A member of the 15-team Midwest League and Class A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers, the Whitecaps play 66 home and 66 road games each season. "Home" is LMCU Ballpark, a privately-owned stadium built in conjunction with the Whitecaps' arrival in 1994, located in Comstock Park, MI (seven miles north of Grand Rapids, MI).
