Jenny Groves is currently employed at Centro as an HR Business Manager and Interim Change Manager. Prior to this, Jenny worked as an HR Adviser at the University of Birmingham and as an HR Officer at arvato entertainment services. Jenny completed their PGCE in Secondary Education and Teaching at Sandwell College from 2005-2008 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Leicester.
