Lois Stewart has a wealth of experience in organizational development and learning management, having held various managerial roles in different councils and universities. Currently serving as the Organisational Development & Engagement Manager at West Midlands Combined Authority, Lois has previously worked at University of Birmingham, Telford and Wrekin Council, Wolverhampton City Council, and Walsall Council. With a master's degree in HRD/change from Wolverhampton University, Lois has significant expertise in managing teams, training programs, and implementing change management strategies.
