Nigel Johnston is an accomplished Programme Manager with extensive experience in project management and change management, spanning over two decades. Currently at West Midlands Police since January 2014, Nigel has held the roles of Programme Manager and Senior Project Manager. Prior to this, Nigel worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland from February 2012 to December 2013 in Change Management. Nigel's career in project management began at the Forensic Science Service, where employment lasted from April 2000 to January 2012.
