Phil Dolby is currently serving as the Chair of Safer Walsall Partnership and as a Board Member at ASTWOOD BANK FIRST SCHOOL. With extensive experience in West Midlands Police, Phil has held various roles including Commander, Detective Chief Inspector, Chief Inspector, and Temporary Superintendent. Phil also has experience in school governance, workforce development, and business crime partnership. Phil holds degrees in Police Leadership & Management, Public Service Leadership, and English Language and Literature from various institutions.
