Amy Fletcher has extensive work experience in the consulting industry. Amy is currently a Senior Partner at West Monroe, where they lead the Customer Solutions practice and oversees the Seattle and San Francisco office teams. Their role includes consulting with clients on transformational challenges, building high-performing teams, and providing thought leadership. Prior to this, they held leadership positions at Hitachi Consulting, where they focused on digital transformation and customer experience. Amy also worked as a Senior Manager/Director at Hitachi Consulting and held managerial roles at Arthur Andersen and KPMG earlier in their career.
Amy Fletcher completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from The University of Alabama in 1994. Amy then pursued a Master of Business Administration/Master of Health Administration (MBA/MHA) degree with a focus on Healthcare at Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 1995 to 1997. In addition, they hold a certification as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
