Bob Tantillo

Bob Tantillo is a Senior Principal with West Monroe Partners, a business and technology consulting firm, where they are responsible for Supply Chain Management in the Manufacturing and Distribution Practice. Bob is an expert in Category Management, Trade Promotions Management, Retail Execution, and ERP implementations. Bob also runs the TPO/TPM Center of Excellence across all West Monroe Partners' offices in North America.

Prior to their current role, Bob worked at Auxsultant Inc. as the President and Consultant, where they assisted companies with PMO, functional requirements analysis, and sales management. Bob also worked at I-many as the Director of Product Management, focusing on new product development and competitive intelligence. Bob also has experience as the National Sales Manager at Gelco Information Network, where they managed sales activities for trade promotion management software. Bob started their career at Keebler Company as the Manager of Sales Planning and Administration, overseeing business unit operations and sales support.

Before joining Keebler, Bob worked at SAMI/Burke as an Account Manager and at McCormick and Company as an Account Representative.

Bob Tantillo obtained their MBA in Marketing from Dominican University from 1982 to 1984. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Economics and Marketing from Benedictine University from 1977 to 1980. In addition, they obtained the PMP certification in 2015.
