David Delgado

David Delgado is a Senior Data Science Architect at West Monroe, with a strong background in machine learning and data science. Since August 2021, David has employed advanced time-series techniques for preventive maintenance in the utilities sector and led a team in developing a probabilistic model that significantly improved efficiency for an energy insurance portfolio. Previously, David served as a Senior Data Science Consultant at Uptake, where notable achievements included deploying multiple models for wind parks, enhancing dashboards for customer insights, and contributing to substantial SaaS agreements in the mining industry. David holds a PhD in Materials Science from Northwestern University, complemented by a certificate in Management for Scientists and Engineers from the Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics and History from Coe College.
