Jeffrey Smith

Jeffrey Smith, CEM, serves as the Director of the Energy & Utilities Practice at West Monroe since May 2011, focusing on delivering innovative solutions to utility companies amidst evolving customer demands and technological advancements. Highlights of Jeffrey Smith's tenure include leadership in the PMO for a multi-OPCO ADMS implementation project encompassing d-SCADA, OMS, and advanced applications. Prior to this role, from June 2007 to May 2011, Jeffrey Smith worked as a Project Developer at Recycled Energy Development, where responsibilities included market assessments, due diligence, engineering, and project management. Jeffrey Smith began a career in the energy sector as a summer intern Field Technician at Clean Air Engineering in 2005. Educational qualifications include an MPA in Environmental Science & Policy from Columbia University, a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering & Engineering Management from Tufts University, and completion of the BearingPoint Global Partnership Managers Program at the Yale School of Management.
