Matt Bauke

Matt Bauke has a diverse work experience in the supply chain and management field. Matt is currently working at West Monroe as a Principal in Supply Chain. Previously, they held the position of a Senior Supply Chain Management Consultant at West Monroe from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at project44 in 2021. Matt also has experience working at Shell as a Supply Chain Analyst from 2016 to 2017 and as an Upstream Supply Chain Intern at Shell Oil in 2015. Additionally, they gained valuable skills and leadership experience as the President of Krannert School of Management Employers Forum (SMEF) from 2015 to 2016. Matt has also interned at Allison Transmission and Education at Work, where they focused on marketing analytics and workforce management.

Matt Bauke has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Operations, and Supply Chain Management from Purdue University. Matt also attended St. Xavier High School. In addition to their degree, Matt has obtained certifications in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution from APICS, as well as Supply Chain Design from LLamasoft, Inc.
